Up 1.8

After a great week, losing 6.2 pounds, I’m back up 1.8.  This is not good, but it is still reversable.  My goal weight was 275 - I’m at 288 or so now.  So that means I still have another 13 pounds to go until my last weigh in on March 31st.  That is extremely attainable, but I need to work at it.

I think I’m going to try to aim for at least 20 pounds though.
